Costambar APC
The APC (Asociacion De Propietarios En Costambar Inc) is a "not for profit" company established in 1986 for "the social benefit of all property owners in Costambar". The APC is run by an elected committee who oversee the management of Costambar. They organise and maintain aspects such as security, garbage collection, road maintenance and any other aspect that involves the running of Costambar. Each Costambar property owner pays a monthly fee which goes towards funding the APC.
The APC office is located on Calle Central. It is open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to noon Saturdays and closed Sundays and Holidays.
